Our Journey
Founded in 2014, Vedha Entech India Pvt. Ltd. is the brainchild of two seasoned technocrats with a combined experience of over 50 years in the manufacturing industry. Over the last 10 years, our expertise and unwavering commitment to quality have propelled us to become a prominent supplier of high-quality HVAC Air distribution & General Engineered Products in India.
From our beginnings as a manufacturer of hollow profile ducts, we have grown significantly thanks to the trust and support of our customers and business partners. Their positive feedback has inspired us to innovate and expand our product line, enabling us to become a one-stop solution provider for a comprehensive range of HVAC products. Today, we proudly serve a vast network of HVAC partners and clients across numerous Indian cities. Building on this success, we have recently ventured into the Electrical and EV mobility sectors, offering new products such as Sheet metal enclosures, Control panels, and EDT cabinets. Mr. G. Dharma Rao is a Graduate in Mechanical Engineering and a MBA in Operations Management.
Having a rich experience of over 25 years in Product Development and setting up of manufacturing facilities for Switchgear & Transformer products.
With his Expertise in setting up of several large scale manufacturing facilities, Technological innovation, product design & development and process automation, is instrumental in establishing VEDHA with Best in class manufacturing practices.
K. NAGARJUNA REDDY

Mr. K. Nagarjuna Reddy is a Graduate in Mechanical Engineering.
Having a rich experience of over 25 years in the field of HVAC Projects.
His vast experience in handling HVAC projects have strengthened VEDHA’s ability to strategically analyze the HVAC market and competitive placement of the products by providing turn around solutions to the customers.
